wire harness finally came in, just finished 3 ebikes , so now i can install harness on fs509. 
next is the plastics and then a table so i can display this bike as display. as there are no circuits here for me to race it and nowhere i can drive it without license insurance and crap. its a great display piece. . cheers to all and thank you for all the help thus far with this.

havent done nothing to it besides the harness, cleaned it all, . still need to grab the fairings and new carb. will post pics when its fully done.

I agree, strip it down to the basics, and go from there. eBay has a lot of Chinese mini bike parts. Yours has rather complicated electronics from most I've seen. If you've sold it, never mind.
