It's that time of year again and I've been refreshing the kids carts (super 30 T/C on one, new belts, lubing, etc). Today, we spent some time absolutely destroying my yard. The blue one has slick back tires on purpose. My daughter likes sliding and doing donuts.

So, I'm in the red one and both girls are in the blue one. I had just passed them, when suddenly a wheel/tire passes me. At first I thought the bolt somehow came loose, but no, the bolt is intact. The wheel ripped clean apart.

I don't know if I should be upset or impressed, lol.

Hey guys, I need some help please. I'm trying to find a wheel to replace the one that's broke and I'm coming up empty. The tire size 16X8.00-7, which is pretty common. All of the wheels I'm finding online have a few holes punched to mount the hub too. So I need to buy a new hub.

I'm counting 19T on the hub that I removed, and it appears to be 3/4" (if I'm measuring right). I can't find any 19T hubs online (only 17T or 23T). Can someone point me in the right direction?

Maaan those splined axle ends are wack, bro. I'm flabbergasted. Why did they have to do it that way? That makes spare parts very specialized and not universal; makes me want to throw up my hands and kick the neighbors' cat.

Call GoPowerSports
Call BMI Karts
Call the manufacturer/dealer

Alright, I found some wheels that should match up to the bolt pattern on the hub, but my concern here is the center opening. The center of the hub is only 32mm and the center opening of the wheel is 90mm. That's going to leave a good size gap.

Think it'll cause issues?

I've spent more time than I'll admit comparing the bolt distances on the hub. One of them is wrong.

If the bolt distance is truly 80MM, then the distance across is 113.14MM.

If the distance across is truly 110MM, then the distance from bolt to bolt is 77.82MM.

Somewhere along the way they've rounded a number but I think it's close enough that it'll work.
