Electric Mini Chopper

I want to build an electric mini chopper so i have an engine i want to use,48V 750W 2800 RPM (off of http://www.electricscooterparts.com/motors48volt.html)
So what else do i need and what do you recommend?
(still deciding on electric or gas)

first.. that's the typical my1020 motor (unite motor)

PS batteries.. 4 12V motorcycle batteries should do...
or if you want to spend the money an e-bike 48V batpack of course
