I have painted two karts with Rustoleum gloss enamel Brush On. Did the primer first. A little bit tedious but the enamel in the can ( Lowe's ) goes a lot farther than the spray cans. Dollar store paint brushes, throw them away when done.
Karts turned good. Nice and shiny, like new.

i will work on that later. So. got to test drive it saturday night. It met way beyond our expectations. im a big dude (350lb) and it pulled me around with ease. Buddy of mine is 150lb wet and he was a little scared of it. We didnt clock the top speed as it was almost dark but im totally happy with it. brakes did great, nothing went wrong other then the tire guy didnt put in a tire valve core in one of the tires and i snapped a mounting bolt off because i was using a 1/2" impact because we were in a rush. Thats my fault. too many ugga duggas. Il try to get a vid of it later this weekend.

lol true. im feeling good right now. gots the docs meds in me. i bent the roll bar in front and bent one of the steering arms. il fix that later with a long crow bar. Im seriously impressed on how this thing carries a 350lb man.
