what rpm should u run your hole saw at

i run it quite slow but in the vidios iv seen of tube notchers they run them flat out

also what rpm do steel drill bits run at from 6 to 14mm

we had a 10 year old set that were buggered so we bought a new set and id like to use them properly

300-350 rpm for drill bits, hole saws a bit slower - im guessing thats what you mean, i mean ive never used a hoe - saw, but hey..?

Just run the small file under the teeth, or if your quick a cutting blade on the grinder, give em a lick so they are sharp and you should be able to use them for thin metal/alu and wood.

A grinder is how ive always done it, can get real quick when you do it all the time, the weld fills the gaps if you make it slightly off shape

i admit a personal flaw

Im not really patient in this hot weather in the stuffy shop, so i just tend to have multiple smoko breaks somedays, i do take time in how i do my round tubing though, i cant say the same for square tubing, its ugly as ay.
