Drift trike

HI guys. New to site. Fabricated a drift trike last summer. Need some help with it. I have a bad wobble front wheel left to right. Rear pvc seems like it's out of round bounce it's construction pipe not sure if that is the issue. Don't know anyone else with a drift trike any info would help. Want to build another but need to figure out these issues.

Prop the frame where the front tire is in the air. Give the tire a fast spin with your hand and watch it. Does it wobble?

Yeah that's what I thought too. The tire spins true I tried another aswell.

Are all the spokes equal tention?

What happens when you take the PVC sleeves off?

How about the alighnment of the rear tires? Bent axle?
