I'm building my baja to take out on the trails and I want more low end gearing. I'm getting a tav and am planning on using an 8 tooth sprocket to the 50 tooth that's on there but would like to throw a 60-72 tooth sprocket on there and keep a 10 tooth on the TAV

Unknown.

I would measure your rear axle (or know it) and then shop around on the various sites; BMI, GoPoSpo, OMB, MFG Supply to name a few.

Remember:

A. 10% discount at GPS for forum members. Coupon code: "DIYGOKARTS"
B. Shop online at BMI but order by phone to get best shipping quote
C. MFG Supply has one flat-rate shipping charge; $6.95 (order all you want)

I just ordered a blank sprocket for my kids Carter Mini Talon and had a local machine shop do the bore and bolt pattern on it. Made life simple.

With the stock 50t and a clone TAV2 I can still go pretty slow for trail riding.

OMB Warehouse might have something. I know they have sprockets for the DB30.
