I DON'T recommend it for the predator 212 HEMI.
It would be cheaper jus to buy a complete 224cc engine.
This crank and a 3.313" (+.010" longer) stock style clone rod would be a drop in fit in the predator 212 NON HEMI.
Add in a head gasket to get .030" piston to deck, predator 212 hemi flat top piston, and you will end up with a 10.4:1 CR stump puller.
You might have to check cam clearances, and end play but that should be checked with any build.
