Christmas spirit~~win some MONEY!

Woke up today, and was in the mood to put up lights. My wife likes to decorate for the holidays so I figured I'd help this year, for a change...
I put up some cheap led lights that I figured were junk for the price. Wow! Was I wrong! Super bright! And at $10 a 35' roll , you can't really beat it.... Anyway.... I got lights put up, now figuring what else to light up. I took a nap after that.... And woke up to the BEST present ever. I got my own Christmas tree. I've wanted one for years! My wife always said, you don't need that crap.... But this year, her and the kiddos got it for me!!! I'm in the Christmas spirit now!!
This is a very famous tree....Do you know where it came from? You see it every year..... I'll send the first correct answer a $$ gift card......

Yeah, it's that time of year again. And you want to talk about generous..... ?
Jeeperjoel asked that I donate his gift to someone in need....
Come on folks! Give that man a hand! That's what it's all about..... So instead of sending him $$, I'm doubling the prize and the cash will be donated to children's cancer research, in Jeeperjoel's name. He gets the receipt......
I'm in a good mood. I will have more stuff to give away, like cash (gc) , or DIYGK the shirts.... Ect... Maybe I'm gonna do a once a week thing till the big day. You guys need to keep watching the "off topic" section.... Never know when I post up a contest. Maybe it will be SUPER late (for me ) so the other half of our forum has a chance to play/win..... Yep, that's fair..... Next one will be posted around 3:33 AM, Texas time.....Now, what day will I do it? ...... Have to wait and see......
If you guys like this idea, I won't get mad at you if you did the same and started giving away stuff..... I keep public records of my generosity on the forum. Anyone can see.....it doesn't take a lot, to be as generous as me.....
I started a game last year, and it didnt get too far. It's not really a game, more of a club.... Sadly, there only ended up being a few (very few) members..... Ahhh, story for another time......

And yet the "Poboy Fund" finds itself at an all time low.....we have decided it was much easier to take our "goal chart thermometer " and turn it upside down....now we are making some quick progress.....

thank you very much jim! but remember it's your generosity that's making this happen! the world needs more people like you, i saw the posts at lunch today, but didn't have time to respond, made my day! it feels good to do things for others, especially people whose xmas might not be all that great, it's awesome that i can be a part of it! i was thinking about it as i caught myself doing 80 in a 35 zone earlier... darn go cart has brought back some teenage driving habits i guess, will be working on that for the new year lol D)
