Built a trials Bike!

So today i wanted to use my new welder so i decided to tear apart an old bicycle and build a trials bike. Because it was a women's bike the top tube was already low so i cut the seat tube down to the top tube and welded the seat stays to the the highest part. The seat stays were easy to weld on because they were pressed on to tabs on the dropouts so all i had to do is grind the top off and then cut them to length than re-weld them to the seat tube and the dropuots and of course the brake mount for strength(i also later put the rear brake back on). The only other things i did was beefing up the brake setup changing the lever/perch sets with some old 7/8ths size yz85 clutch perches/levers i don't use anymore along with heavier duty cables and housings. Also i cut the extra rings off the chain wheel because I'd only be using the smallest one and finally set up some chain tensioners because the derailleur was disconnected.

Mmmmm one-piece crank. I suspect that crankset will be bent in a few days, they're not particularly designed for hard riding. I've trashed a few of them myself.

ohh yeah ive got 3-piece cranks on all my other bikes because i ride bmx but this was a boredom project haha built it with what i had...
