For the record having normal thoughts is an excruciatingly rare thing I do. Lately I've been wanting to build a trailer that must do 3 things.
A) Carry up to 3 large motorcycles (Goldwing Size)
B) Have it's own power source to runs tools (Synergy generation, gas gen, etc.)
C) Must be able to carry a 18x48x24" toolbox.

Only thing is... how big do I want it, do I want brakes, and should it be sidewalled or nein?

Three Gold Wings, tools, some form of power supply, plus the actual weight of the trailer itself means that brakes are mandatory. The Winger at work freely admits that his ride weighs more than 1000 lbs fully loaded with he and his wife on board. The trailer itself that you would need will probably be over 1500 lbs all by itself. Add in all the other wish list item's, you could very well be looking at a load in the range of 6000 lbs.

Which brings up the next question: do you have a tow rig rated for that????
