Best way to Fish mouth pipe

ok i got 1 and a halfinch tubing i need to Fish mouth i was gona do with an angle grinder but then again i was thinking about drilling with a big *** drill bit to do so any other ideas for it to work or a good way to make it perfect with the angle grinder?

Tubing notcher. I just use a hole saw, and my drill press.

Get a hole saw use lots and lots of lube and a drill press. works good.

I use my bench grinder and run half of it over the wheel at a time. Its probably a good bit easier to do and set up quickly than a drill press. Just press the pipe to it and sway it back and forth like a joy stick and you can carve it out. Works best with a grinding wheel thickness the size of the pipe but I've done 1.5" before on my 1" wheel and it worked fine as well.

Thanks every 1 for the advice I did 2 fishmouthes today on a bench grinder i i grabed a thing peice of the pipe from an off cut i had lieing around and used it as a guide and just grabed a nail and marked it for the demensions but it was quit tedious for the perfect fit so i got a craftsmen laser drill press thing gona go try that hole saw just gota go grab one from home depo or something

Make sure you use a vice on your drill press, you will have no chance without it, you also should use the lowest speed setting (best to be around 300rpms or so, but your craftsman probably will only go to 500rpms), and lots of oil or lube of some sort.

I do mine with an angle grinder. Its pretty easy to do and get it good. Cut a V in the pipe with a cut off wheel then make it into a semi circle with a grinding wheel. Takes a while but once u get good at it u can get it real spot on.
