It's an older frame I'm sorry I don't know what kind it is.

Stupid is as stupid does.
It's a modified Cat bike, possibly a Duster model. Early 70's maybe??? Serial number should be on the engine plate if it's the og plate. First 2 digits on the Cats usually indicates the year made.
@Denny It does resemble the Rupp wheel in that angle. It's a Cat star and like Denny said, it has value.
