Hello. I am working with a group of high school kids making basic old school mini bikes. We are building them in metal shop as an after school group. All bikes are frame up builds, $200 budget per bike. I am building the prototype and the kids are then assembling their bikes from the pattern.

This bike is one I made a few years back, all electric chopper.
