Busy day today....
All parts are completely balsted.
I welded in the cage today. I also added another bar to help the structure.
4 more bars tomorrow and the cage is done.
I also welded up some weak points and unfinished factory welds.
I finished by priming all of the welds and the bottom of the cart and seat.
Need to grind a few welds and prime the rest of the parts, build the header, mock the engine, clutch, detail the steering, paint the small parts and get it ready to assemble.
With Christmas tomorrow and a full schedule and then surgery on Friday, Thursday will be a long day.
If all goes well, it will be done before the 2nd when I go back to work.

HOLY FN ****! This mini-bike is dangerous. Mini-Bike 2, Hoskins family 0.
I knew I should not have let my wife ride it after I wheelied and and flipped, but she loves the danger.
I have a busted right knee and left leg. I layed in the yard for like 3 minutes laughing my *** off and moaning at the same time.
I hobbled inside doing the same thing and what does the wife say.
I wanna try.
She wipes out and slides across the driveway, but skins her lip.
She is crying and now the mini-bike is for sale.
This faulker will flat out haul ***.
