And this magnaflow cat back exhaust

Stock specs
Model: 2011 Ford Fusion
MPG: 20 city / 28 highway
Horsepower: 240 hp @ 6,550 rpm
Engine: 3.0 L V6
Curb weight: 3,342 lbs
Torque: 223 lb-ft @ 4,300 rpm
Dimensions: 191″ L x 72″ W x 57″ H
Cargo volume: 16.5 ft³

What ya think???
Is the exhaust needed?
How easy to fab up a similar intake for cheaper?

$1500 bucks for maybe what??
20 -25HP???
The tuner and a DIY intake might be under $500?
Not sure if the exhaust makes a huge diff or not??

Are you alloud to modify you exhaust in your state.. As in you don't have any emission control standards you have to worry about...

I have emissions testing,

But now concerned the 6F35 transmission might not take the torque.
I heard it sucks!
I should have gotten the 3.5L sports packed with upgraded transmission.

Since I had the Gokart, my car sees 6000 rpm a lot than it used to (which was never).

About to buy some Mercon lV fluid and give this a drain and fill
