thanks chez, i found my problem. i was reluctant to take the pulley apart because i read where some one had problems after doing so, so i threw caution to the wind and pulled it apart only to find out the little key was missing. have no idea how it came ouff the shaft, so im back running again...

40 series t.c. where are these buttons you refer to? i have looked on the spec sheet i gtot with it, but cannot find them .Thanks Gepp
