I built my own mini chopper, and I have a torque converter. I think it would be nice to have a manual clutch like this as the driver pulley on the torque converter setup, that way you still have the action of a torque converter and a manual clutch.

here is a little update, i made the spacers for the solid motor mount, and i welded a piece of steel on on the frame over the old steel. I started to make the slots for the motor mount, but my cutting wheels for my grinder have gotten a lot smaller from being used, so, i have to buy a new one...

no i didn't, but if i had to guess, my mini chopper went about 30 to 40mph. the drive train had a lot of issues, the sprocket caused a lot of issues.

im almost done, i have to adjust the throttle, i got a new gas tank, but i broke the petcock that i bought for the tank so i need a new one, and i almost have the sprocket on the back tire, so its amost done

i did, i had to fix the pull start, but its back on now, and i got the twist grip throttle hooked up now, all i have to do is drill some holes in my sprocket so it will fit on my sprocket hub, my next project is putting a gokart engine on my brother big wheel
