I did measure a minute ago. Front and rear tires are about 14.5" ground to top, on 6" rims.

I emailed gokartgalaxy, he said it looks to be a one off size and all his are 2.5". But thats only one of many places I can look. If I can find it I have a disc cutter and welder and im not afraid to use it hahahha! im wanting to put a suspension on the kart anyway in winter maybe, all depends...
