I totally get your frustration with BMI Karts. Recently, I had to deal with them, too. It's annoying when you don't get any updates after ordering, especially when you paid for faster shipping. I'd say it's not the norm from what I've seen with Amazon, Monster Scooter Parts, eBay, and GPS.
