    I do have a chain guard, the previous owner never installed it. I assumed the driver sits on the left side to prevent the left side lifting up during a turn. If I sat on the right side then I might flip over if I take a hard left, but I could also be totally wrong 🤣

    Thanks for the replies, I don't know much about welding. Pretty much all the welds are sloppy, but I can't find any cracks so I got that going for me which is nice. I'm wondering how important it is to know what frame I have. Will I have trouble finding the right parts? I'm a total beginner so...

    I did post the one "identify" thread. I also reached out to Infiniti and sent some pictures of the frame. They claimed it was not something they made. How worried should I be about this?

    I just bought my first kart and I can't figure out what kind of frame this is. The seller told me it was a crossfire and it has a sticker that says that, but I can't find anything online related to that. Appreciate any help you all can give me.
