Was running but starter was going bad. Replaced starter, and now it won't fire. I have tried starter fluid and gas, won't fire at all. I have spark, compression. I thought it was bad fuel, drained tank and put in fresh gas. Fuel is pumping from tank to carb. I switched out carbs, as I had...
