thank you for the reply , i’ve already removed the wavy spring washer under the nut of the throttle assembly , my issue is when i have the choke in this position (see picture) it runs full throttle , the actual throttle assembly does not control the throttle like usual . i can spring it back all...

yes i forgot to add , idle screw is backed all the way out . also i think it’s the EPA carb , so no mixture screw . ordering a new carb soon , i will post pictures and vids tomorrow, as it’s 1 in the morning .
