I don't believe these carbs have a float level adjustment anyway. But it's in the stock position.

Stock carb. It got stuck once but when it did it dumped gas out of the intake, not from the back. I also took it apart and cleaned it to make sure it wasn't sticking.

Just tried it around 4° or 5°. Already tracks straight now with no side to side wobble, but it doesn't really "self-align" when I let go of the wheel. I think 6° or 7° is going to be the sweet spot. I haven't even touched the toe setting yet.

I think we are close to 100% competition besides paint. I welded on a brush guard for the footwell and added a pedal stop for the gas pedal to prevent over-extension of the throttle linkage (and to slow things down for the girlfriend lol).

Well if you manage to find a smaller tooth driver sprocket you can also drop the size of the axle sprocket. I know there's 9T sprockets for 5/8" jackshafts.
