Mini Choppa Ya I know. I kinda got sidetracked off the project. I bought a Suzuki sp400 enduro. I want to get that running and on the road and then I will get back on the choppa. :thumbsup:

I hate to say it too, but you ARE better off with the belt drive. Why don't you build a housing to isolate the belt drive from the weather. Or seal the one you have. See with a centrifugal cluch you have to be full throttle or no throttle otherwise you will burn the cluch up from excessive heat...

This is my first mini chopper. The motor is a 5.5 Honda with a fluid cluch system. I hope to get 40 to 50 mph out of it. It has a sweet rake of 45*. Hope it's stable. I might have to wear a helmet my first ride, ya right. I will update with current pics. I work on it everyday. Building the seat...
