So here's my problem, latley my go kart seemed to not be going as fast as it used it to. So I got an app and tested it the avg. Was around 24mph but I had tested it a few months back and had hit 32mph. It seems like the motor hits a point where it just gives and gets bogged down. Like it doesn't...
