If I remove all that Do I need anything extra to hook up my throttle other than a return spring and throttle cable?

So I can do away with the spring and linkage from governor to the throttle?

GC 160 Honda 5 HP off a power washer I've searched for my answer but haven't see a set up like I have. I've read they run wide open once they start. I'm wondering what I need to do to make my throttle work. I got everything ready to go except my throttle.

Bought a new chain, now having issue getting clutch and sprocket lining up.

I did the measurement found on the net and I show to have 3/8 between link to link. I believe that means a number 35 chain. Now can you buy 35 chain in different links?

Putting a new engine on my 2 seat go kart. The chain rusted and now I need a new chain. I'm using a GS 160 honda motor and not sure what I need to do to measure and get the correct chain. Any help?
