Does any one know if you can get lead-carbon (PbC) batteries? They were supposed to be the up and coming thing to replace lead-acid as they were supposed to be lighter, smaller and cheaper.

Little confused over battery drain. It is stated in one of the links "The motor will draw 42 Amps. With just one batterypack with 30Ah, that's less than 43 minutes of driving time" How much can you draw ultimately? Could you draw 400A for 4 minutes? Sorry if this sounds brainless but I am...
