Hey guys, long story short the machinist has "misplaced" my axle and I am tired of waiting for a solution so I'm just going to buy a new one. I am wonder what keeps this rim from continuing to slide down the axle when you tighten the axle nut? Do I need to purchase something additional...

Yep. No problems there. Instructions show to cut the oil sensor wire. Not sure why, you can just unplug it about 2 inches away from where they show to cut it.

I could just cut it off and drill a hole thru the threads of a bolt and tighten the nut down on it. That would probably be the easiest way.

I'll find a way to mount the pedal that will work for me. Right now I'm trying to figure out how this goes together.

I ordered a gas pedal thru bmi karts. Is it not? Maybe that why I'm having trouble seeing how it's suppose to fit.

How do you get the bearings off the axle? My machinist can't cut the keyway unless everything on the axle is stripped.
