Ok, the motor is a HM100. I just ordered a new carb, air filter, plug and pull starter for it. Lets hope it cranks.

Ok, thanks again. Do not have a read on compression yet so will do that first before jumping too far in on this engine. I would like to get a new pull start. Will any tecumseh pull start go on there ok?

Sweet, its sounding better and better. Thanks. Will tear into it a bit this week and hopefully see what is wrong with it. When we were younger we broke the pull start off the and fan in there is very corroded now, might end up trying to get the electric start working first.
