    yeah it is the wet clutch style. it seems to be pretty common on rental karts from what I've noticed

    when I look up the description it does say its a reduction so I'm thinking 1 revolution of the motor equals two revolutions on the output shaft of the reduction box

    So i have a kart with 11 inch tires and a 2:1 reduction box and i could use some help with gearing. Its about 400 lbs with me on it and i am looking for a top speed around 45 mph. any help would be much appreciated.

    I still gotta figure out if I'm going to use a triple trap bicycle pedal or pegs for foot placement. Im not real happy with anything I've seen on other trikes. a lot of the stuff looks real slippery to me. Dont want my foot flipping off at 20 or 30 miles an hour. I'm open to suggestions if...

    Drift trike build

    Her are some build pics of my drift trike. It's made out of 1.5" schedule 40 pipe. all bent with my cheep old harbor freight bender and roller. Front rim/fork is from a mongoose massif. still trying to make up my mind on the seat. The axle is 1.5"x38" long. I used go kart axle hangers and bearings.
