Yes, the rims were bought already fitted with the tires from the states.

On the back we're running 16x7.5-8 4 ply, and on the front we're running 16x6.5-8 4 ply.

Update My Dad has been busy lately.. meaning that we can't work on the kart that much, but now we will be starting to update the thread again as the progress goes a long!

Yes got your message, will finish off this part on the weekend, and post pictures, most of the problem is in the frame, as it is mass produced the frame has a twist in it, but a few changes make it a lot better.

It will be 90% off road, Grass - Sand, the odd hill climb etc, will see what it goes like and then make changes to accommodate.

Ok, been awhile, but back on it now, need frame finished. Top bracket for the shock.

Ok, had to modify the rear frame on one side to allow movement for the motor, and started fitting the rear shock connecting the two frames..

Was just playing with words, you can do anything if done right.

Yes, already had that idea, but sounded to simple, no fun in that, but yes that is what we plan to do, will use the same shock as already used on the cart on the swing arms, will also place a 3rd one in the middle behind the seat, just because it would look good, "High Tech"

Yep, motor lifts in and out easy, that's why the center brace is offset a little. :cheers2:
