Im about to buy one. I think it beats a TC because you can dump the clutch and decompression brake. I used one on my friends go kart with a 5spd peerless 700 and the thing shifted really smooth and was a lot of fun felt exactly like a motorbike clutch and had a lot of strength.

If you have not checked out the DBRC its the best there is. Its a manual clutch for $175 and can handle up to 35hp. Its 3/4 in bore and comes with a cable and clutch lever. The thing looks awesome I cant wait to buy one and test it out for myself. http://www.downsbrosracing.com/
