346cc predator engine, hose that goes from air filter to OHV its a larger hose big around as my thumb? What do I do with this when I upgrade my air filter?

Sounds like there isn't a quality converter that will handle my setup other than the 40 series, with that being said is this what I'm looking for (link below) I have never used a torqe converter so I apologize for all of the questions, in previous projects I have only used centrifugal clutches...
