Hey everyone I'm looking to build my briggs raptor engine and make some good hp. It's pretty fast now but I want to make it faster. I'm looking into a dyno 458 cam. I want to know what mods I will need to do to the block to make this work. Thanks in advance.

Yea the spring is tweaked pretty bad but I rewound it the best I could. Just took it out for a few laps around the yard and it works just fine. I ordered a new spring just to be safe.

Thank you very much, after looking closer I did make an error I didn't put the retaining clip on all the way thus making the 2 plates separate enough to loosen the spring and cause it to fail.
