I have a small electic motor and i put power on it and it does nothing, any ideas on how to fix it? Its for an R/C and i just wanted to see if i could fix it before i throw it. I have a different motor that i can you and that works. Any thoughts?

I finally got a welder. Its arc but it was only $20 so i cant complain. Wondering all i do it ground the the metal im welding to and im off, also do you use rods as fillers and lay them out or push them into what your welding?

I have a stuck valve on my briggs 3 horse. Its the gas/air one. I have everything off and am trying to get the rusted on clutch off and the side over, side cover is stuck on somehow. Any ideas on how to get it off and the clutch? I know the obvious prying with screwdriver and knocker loose.
