what about operating the throttle with a selnoid? open in the start/idle postion and closed in the run postion. control it off a secound soleniod with a delay.

@Toystory what kind of epoxy are you useing? ploy? and if you go to your local marine store they sell paint that will stick to it. lots of sanding is requried. TS is right though Epoxy is the way to go but be prepared to spend a lot of time with some sand paper.:thumbsup:

well nothing to do with speed. your average fully charged battery is like 13.? and i want the... lets call it a generator to start automaticly at 11 volts, power the kart, and, charge the batteries. then when the batteries are fully charged shut down.

theres not any crap pluging the fuel tank or line? doesn't sound like it was very well take care of. check that. then check your low idel screw that is not screwed all the way in. and most of the new gasket meterail they use is crap no a days. and theres nothing you can realy do about that.
