    %HP briggs setup question

    Hi there, I'm new here and would just like to thank all posters out there, the info on here is incredible...great source for a rookie like me. I have a 5hp briggs motor on a go kart and it sometimes stalls out when I give it gas...there is no governor and the throttle is obviously hooked...
