    solid or tubular axle?

    got a 1990 honda cbr 600 motor on what looks like a dingo. riding it the other day the crappy diff kicked the bucket. so im gonna go with a one piece axle but before buying one id like to get some info on the diffrence. would a 1 inch tubular axle hold up to a 100 hp?
