Hi, I just bought a used Action Motorsports promo kart (indy style). It has a 3.5hp briggs and stratton with a toothed belt drive and seems to need the wheel to turn otherwise it stalls. I can only start it with the wheel off the ground and once driving, if the brakes are engaged it stalls...

I'm new to karting and looking at this kart as my way in. I'll I really know is that it's a Margay, but don't know the year, model, etc. Can anyone identify this and tell me anything about this model, or what I should look at before purchasing? Thanks!
