Is this Cost for metal normal? Im gonna keep this fast and simple. I looked at the metal at my nearest metal supermarket, it was about $60 for 24ft of hot-rolled metal square tubing. The sheet metal was about $27 for a 2ft x 2ft and 1/8in thick sheet. so my question is: Are these normal/good...

The title has my question, but im also wondering what option would be the cheapest and such. im looking at this kit right now but I also see you can buy everything separately, would that be a dumb move? this is my first build.
