    rim offset 3+5 to 0 offset

    well i need help. i want to get some 10x8 rims just like the ones on a trailer, very simple looking. i was wondering if it would be possible (some what easy) to cut out the center, move it so it would have 0 offset and weld it back together. this is what they look like...
