is there any way to put an electric starting system on an cr90 engine?

I don't know how to put a clutch on. I'm not sure if I took off all the old pieces from the old clutch. It's a centrifugal clutch.is that the bore piece I can not tell , please help!

I have a go kart and I'm trying to get it running but I don't know how to get the sprocket and brake drum on. It has a gap between the tire and the clutch.please help me I bored.!! The wheel doesn't have nothing to put the sprocket on.
