my caliper needs pads ,but they do not bolt or clip on. do i glue them on? with what? and I am have trouble finding new pad as well. thx again DIY oh and I think the cart is an old rupp but do not know if these brake are original...don care they just need to work,caliper says airhart

roughly what year is it? I think it would run with a carb and some points. where should i be looking? how many hp ? whats it worth ? a carb and points who nows what else.... could buy another clone and have all new motor with easy to find cheap parts, any thoughts? the mag-NEAT-o says fairbanks...
