should I just buy a 7-8hp engine to start off with and get a bigger one later?

I was wondering if doing this to get a smoother look would actually weaken the frame or not...

Anyone know where to get a complete one? I can only find them in singular pieces. Does the magnum have a backing plate and a cover like the others? cuz I cant find either of those at all ... Sorry I'm like the ultra noob

Anyone know the idle speed of this engine? Also where I can get a clutch for it? its a 14hp electric start, but has 12 net hp... and a 1" diameter crankshaft nose.

If I go with a swing arm rear suspension can I use control arm front suspension? or is that overkill....sorry about the fact that the image was made with paint lol
