Where can I get 1.5" bore Sprocket Hub???

Hey guys! I currently have a Baja Reaction 150cc that I am modding. Ripped the engine out and put on a 459cc Predator with a Torque Converter... My problem is that I need a new sprocket and sprocket hub to put on the axle and it's a 1.5" axle with no keyway...

I can't find ANY parts online and I'm wondering if axle clamps would even be enough to hold it in place. Any suggestions?

(The stock sprocket is factory welded on the right side of the axle, yes I've tried cutting the weld and sliding it to the left)

You should be in a similar situation as every buggy/predator swap. We usually just flip the axle and it lines up with the CVT(not without some minor adjustment/fab). Is that not an option with this kart? What about sliding the engine side to side? Also not an option?

Is it the sprocket HUB thats welded to the axle or the whole sprocket?

If I flipped the axle then I would need to re-route the rear brake pads too.
There is also no room for the engine to move, it has about an inch of clearance on either side before it touches the shock absorbers so it wouldn't even line up if I flipped the axle.
And yes it is just the sprocket hub that is welded on... I have really tried grinding away at the weld and it will not budge.

This is a wheel hub and it also does not mention the bore size
If there are any custom sprocket hub manufacturers too I would buy from them. Just a little skeptical is all.

I like that one… I wish the hub was wider so I could drill holes to mount my sprocket. I’m not 100% confident in my welds to mount the sprocket to that hub sadly.
