Hi all I just bought this beauty, it has a Contenental Red Seal model 120 engine, the only part I need is the clutch side engine cover where the kick start attaches.

The Sportsman is a 1963, the dual engine is my race kart, Simplex Challenger Mark IV, sealed axle, dual rear drum sprockets. Twin West Bend 820's, one so

clockwise rotation and one counter clockwise rotation, equipped with GEM V12 manifolds hold twin Tillotson 232's linked with Hartman linkage, custom Max Torque clutches. Both engines have been ported and are running NOVA2 ignition. She is a terror!

Could you please upload pictures directly to the site. My stupid phone won’t download the pictures. And I want to see them badly! I live in the country and service stinks.

That chopper frame is fairly rare nowadays, and cool as cucumbers. Would be a shame to modify a restorable beauty like that, but as long as you could save the front end intact for later restoration....................would be supercool to put a raked and stretched chopper front end on it.
I gave $65 plus nearly the same in shipping for a well-used semi-chopper frame just to get the tubing as a start platform. Cut it up, spliced in square tube extensions, changed the rake for a total custom front end, etc., but a real chopper frame like that? Wouldn't have cut anything. Hope you can give it the kind of love someday that it could use.
