Carter ID?

[SethDog3200]

I am trying to figure out the year and model of a Carter Kart I recently purchased. Having trouble tracking the VIN number which is LB415B14870000356
Does anyone know where I can find more info please and thank you! The body looks like a GTR 250 but the motor size is smaller and not water cooled.
