As it says bug stinger rolling frame. I will try to answer any questions the best that I can, but I am not to familiar with it. Picked it up as a project and am now going to go in a different direction I think. Just asking $10 more then what I paid for it to cover my diesel cost of picking it...

Was looking on ebay and there is a bar frame going for $250. If anything I think I will just pick it up.. Could be a fun project for my kids and I. Looks like the frame is from the very early 1960's Robert

Alright, did some more research and found a guy on craigslist who is looking to buy these types of frames and had pictures of it. I emailed him asking him if he knew what this frame was called and he email me back. He said it is a "Bug stinger". When I google that frame, sure enough it pops...

Think I will have to fab up a bracket for the seat, or will I be able to buy something and pop it in? Again won't know more until I have it and take the plunge...Maybe just maybe my evil plan will work..lol

It doesn't look like the left side is any further from the chassis then the right side. Robert

Thanks, would my right leg go around the steering supports? Looks like it would be awkward to sit like that?

updated my location.. not north of the border.. Just west of chicago. Guess I have a bad eye, I thought this might have been a good deal for $75. I know I would have to put into it, but I love to tinker.

Yeah, I know I will have to get those things. But I plan on just finding used parts as I go along and build it over the winter. Not sure

Alight, I have been thinking of building my first kart. The guy has offered me this kart the way you see it for $75. Thinking of taking the plunge. Its older, but still should be fun. What do you think?
