Ya its a logitech force feedback unit. It was outdated and taking up space so I cut it up. I milled out the center fit a 1/8 plate to the inside and outside and welded an adapter to the outer plate. It works alright and my son gets a kick out of the extra buttons.(they don't do anything yet)

Yes I designed and built the rack myself. There are groves inside the rack body to hold grease and I should put a fitting in. The rust is from hitting a snow pile on the road that was full of salt. They salt the roads here in winter. The steering is just tacked because I wanted to see how it...

Hi, I have this motor powering my son's kart. Is there anything I can do to make it rev a bit higher. What is a safe limit. The motor seems very solid and was brand new when I purchased it. Here's a pic of one like it. I have a comet torque a verter on it as well with a 60 tooth gear and...

POR 15 works well and you can brush it on and it smooths out. A bit expensive though.

    trophy Kart

I usually run the local Quick 16 Heads-up class on a .400 tree. The last time I went out I ran a 10.80 at 130mph at Grand Bend Motorplex in Ontario Canada. The front suspension works great as it is a street car as well. Thanks for the good words. Kevin
